This week for Cisco, we were introduced to new online tools such as HootSuite, Tweetdeck, and Netvibes. In order to get all of the updated news, we have learned to use the RSS (Really, Simple, Syndication) feature that is on every website. With the link from a website, we paste that into HootSuite, Tweetdeck, and Netvibes. Once we had finished that, we see updated news from our favorite websites in one area. As much as I love surfing the Internet, it is such a hassle to keep opening the Internet browser and going through the whole website recent news. I find these different online tools to be very useful because I can just go into one browser for the latest news from my favorite websites.
